Interesting queue at the Boulangerie.

This morning we had a change of plan as our tutor had been bitten by something in the eye area and it had become badly infected. So we went to the nearby village of Saint-Saturnin -les Apt to put into practice some of the techniques we had practised yesterday, while he went to a doctor. Not a great success really but it's always good to revise all the stuff learned years ago. Hopefully we will do some more satisfying work later in the week.
