Hydrangea

A couple of visitors today. R came and a lady came to see how she cold help me getting in and out of the shower as it is over the bath. She left me a seat and is going to arrange someone to come and put a handle on the wall. I am feeling unsteady with my sore hip. Phoned the Physio and I have to see him on Wed at Lochinver, meantime I have to continue with the excersises.
