Surfing

Up and all breakfasted so that with Sam already at work when Josh left at 10 Clare, Anais and I could head down to pick up a wetsuit for Anais.
A coffee and a quick shop before taxiing home ready for Josh's arrival.
We loaded the van and headed off for Gwithian. The tide was almost at its highest when we arrived on the beach so it wasn't far from Clare and the snacks to the water.
Three hours on and off in the water and great fun, good exercise and tiring.
We eventually changed and made our way to the Rockpool for its "The Works" hot chocolate and on home. I BBQ'd the food but everybody opted to eat indoors.
A really satisfying day, Anais, Clare, Josh and I enjoyed ourselves, a great day.
