Sing-along-a-sidra

Tuesday evening. Fancy going out for a drink? ... OK! We don't usually go out for a drink mid-week or, if we do it would just be a couple then home.

On this occasion we had a drink with friends in one bar then moved on to another where 'our' table was free. Fancy eating? ... OK!

So we had a whip round and ordered food. Squid, rib chunks and garlic fried chicken, washed down with cider (sidra) of course.

While we were eating in came S and friends, always ready to break into song. So the evening turned into a great sing-song, greatly enjoyed by all, including some of the holiday makers in the bar. One couple with a pair of toddlers who came over to join in.

A very enjoyable evening, all the better for being impromptu.
