Quim ... My favourite chef.

Quim is the most happiest chef you will ever meet! He is the son of my boss at the Hotel i work in. It's all fun and games at the moment as we have hit the Michelin fame!! Quim was awarded with his first Michelin star last November . This Summer has been no stop! Which is fantastic. ( + we've had a few famous people eating already!!)

We've had TV crew in most of this morning filming for this new Empordà menu.
