A Perfect Lunch Venue.

The Royal Exchange Theatre can be entered from  St Anne's Square or Cross Street .It's another BVFL33 haunt and one where I've eaten healthily and economically . Today I met a friend and we both enjoyed the salad options .Mine was 3 types of salad and a Quiche. So fresh and filling .Cost £5:95
Since it was Sunday I added a bottle of Muddy Boots Wine. The choice of beverages &food is excellent. Sitting in this building is always a joy .Here you see the young man who served my food and saluting me is the chef , a young man from Poland. Royal exchange is a must try and in my opinion superior to many of the City eating places .If you haven't tried it , do so .It's a 5* BVFL33  rating .Note they do very good cakes .
