1388 - Atlantic Bridge

A great day out!  A trip to Perth to drop Aonghus with my folks and meet up with D, then we headed out west.  First stop was "Still" at St Fillans then a quick pit stop at The Real Food Cafe for brunch as neither of us had eaten breakfast!  Then another stop at St Conan's Kirk before hitting Oban for a pint! Well, not for me as I was driving...

Then we headed south to Atlantic Bridge where D nipped into the pub to use the facilities and when he came out he couldn't see me... So he thought I'd gone in to use the facilities and decided to have another quick pint while waiting for me... Then he realised I wasn't in there, so downed his pint and came out looking for me!  Any excuse for a pint!!!

Out to Easdale where he was speechless at it's beauty in the changing weather.  Turquoise seas turned to grey seas as we stood in the monsoon admiring the view!

From Easdale, we went up to Ballachulish and down through Glencoe where we stopped at the Clachaig for dinner... and another pint!  No, don't feel guilty D!!!  :)

Then back to Perth for... yep, you guessed it, another pint before D got the train back to Aberdeen!  

But a great day out!  I didn't get much chance to take any more photos - every time we stopped the heaven's opened!
