Wine

My husband has a knack for finding declassified wine that would sell in restaurants for hundreds of pounds were it to have the Chateau label on it. It's something I didn't know about before. The well known Chateaux only release a limited amount of their annual production with their label on it in order to keep prices high.  The rest is sold in generic form but is just the same wine. With a little research and clues from distributors, it's possible to work out which chateau it's from.
