Old broach

Whilst going through my Aunt & Uncles stuff in their house looking for her engagement ring she was missing (not the original which she lost years ago, but the replacement bought years ago) we came across this old broach.

I've no idea who it is. It might be Granny Paton but I cant remember any pictures of her looking so young. So, took a shot of this side tonight, and will take a shot of the other side tomorrow then take to my Aunt to see if she can tell me who it is. Looking at the box, it was from the Channel Islands, and looks to be from around the time of the second world war.
