Funny Face !

Arm is still very painful & I didn't sleep well. 

I did however manage to (single-handedly) get the lawn cut.... mad fool !

Zak arrived at 12 for his lunch & sleep. N needed to go out & R was working. When R finished work he came here to collect the boy then I took them to N who was at a fete in Stoke Mandeville. On the way back I stopped & bought fruit & veg then it was home to get some Tramadol down me. A couple of hours later I was feeling a bit better. After dinner I had another injection then it was TV time.
