Busman's holiday

A friend wanted to go to a local car dealership event today, and asked me to go with her. It was a bit of a busman's holiday, after my recent tour of car dealerships right across southern England as an awards judge, but I was happy to go along and see what it was all about.

It turned out to be interesting as an example of old-style hard sell, and a reminder that some at the sharp end of the motor trade still have much to learn about changing customer expectations.
