ON THE DARK SIDE.

Woke at 4.15am and from my bed I noticed the new moon and Venus, so jumped out of bed and got this shot. I remember a few weeks ago getting up at 4.15am and going to the canal, but now it is pitch black, so no chance of getting up now. Did get up at 6.15am and got the lovely sky (see extra). As you can guess it lasted all of fifteen minutes. Really it has rained most of the day, which is so sad as it is the canal festival this weekend. The other extra is Daisy looking out and hoping the rain will stop so we can get our walk. Probably won't be able to comment tonight as my friend is about to arrive for the evening.
Let us hope tomorrow is a better day.
