nature in the raw

Snapped this today while passing through Mount Stewart National Trust near Newtownards. Beautiful array of old branches interwoven with one another, catching the odd glimmer of an August sun. Sunlight and shadows are part of nature, part of our lives. Just remember we only have shadow because we have light.. the light is still there, it's just that we can't see it.. yet. I am thinking and praying for those who are at present in the shadows following the events in Barcelona. May they soon be warmed by and bathed in the light.
