The National library is currently hosting the 'Enduring Eye' exhibition. It honours the achievements of the men of the Imperial Trans-Antarctic Expedition (1914–1917) on its centenary. It has been prepared by the Royal Geographical Society (with the Institute of British Geographers), augmented by material from the Library's own polar collections.

Well worth a visit, a doesn't cost a penny too!
