Sometimes more is less. Except with Ireland's weather this year when more (rain that is) has usually led to even more (of the same) . I suppose we shouldn't complain too much, after all we have had several rain free days now but it came back with a vengeance today. All day long that is!

Good news! Took things easy yesterday. Got into my stretching routine for the back last night and presto! Hardly any pain today and no pills taken either.

Ps. We are currently planning a week long trip to Paris for the end of October. Whoopeee! I have never been there and it has been on my list for a long time. If you have tips or ideas for what we MUST see, send them along.
