Brisket

Lots of sitting at my pc today doing work prep as on annual leave Monday and Tuesday.
All this autumnal weather (constant showers) put me in the mood for a roast.
Decided to blip the joint (tasted yummy) even though Mr P said he wouldn't risk it for a brisket!
