Water Fun

A group of us found this water spot this afternoon. You can swim in the river and have your feet nibbled by fish and play in this pool. L made a new 'friend' (on the slide with her- she could only speak Arabic so conversation was sparse) but I love seeing how L makes friends with other children at places like this even with language barriers. The place was full of yezidi and Assyrian families enjoying being somewhere a bit cooler than in town.
