Return To Work

Always a joy to return to work after holiday!!
Especially today, I've had a bit of a wake up call health wise over the last couple of weeks so today it was time to make some lifestyle changes.
The aim is to lose some weight, a lot of weight in fact, but controlled.
We then had a minor set back when the doctors surgery having called me in for an appointment then cancelled it at short notice, it's now next Monday.
Not expecting it to be easy but we will get there.
