My boy

Woke up to a beautiful sunrise today I sat in the garden and enjoyed a lovely cup of tea in the warm sun. We had a late night as we watched the athletics then the meteor shower.

Didn't do too much in the morning just little pottering about and pleased to report that I have no pain in my shoulder whoop whoop. Still feel tender and bruised but no actual pain that I had before.

Jack had a party to go to in the afternoon which was a beach party with proper fish and chips and ice cream. It was really lovely and the sun stayed shining all day.

Back home afterwards and a quiet evening
