Wild and Windy - Flower Friday - FF18

A lovely day in Sideneee town, picked up a pre-ordered mini zoom lens for my new little Nikon camera.... yeah!   Lovely lunch with Mr. RD and then shopped till I dropped... lots of goodies purchased for our upcoming holiday! 
 
Exhausted, but squeezed in happy hour drinks and dinner of pasta, fish and salad before the journey home.  These wee flowers…. are they dahlia’s? were sitting on our dining table, so my only opportunity for flower Friday.  
 
It’s been wild and windy for three days now, fallen trees have caused havoc around here, wouldn’t have fancied catching the ferry today, the seas were way too choppy and in town it was no different a few accidents around Wynyard Station and Barangaroo involving shattered windows and wind blown cladding!    ....... So, glad to be home….
