Well satisfied
Herself emerging from Abbeyswell near Lombardstown, dedicated to St. Abbigail (who is also St Gobnait apparently) at the end of a holy well hunting trip in North Cork today. We saw quite a few, and we saw a few that aren't there any more, if you get what I mean. And we saw some thick thorny brambles, vicious stinging nettles, muddy paths, boggy streams and some very helpful and friendly people too. Home tomorrow (after a few more wells en-route probably) so she will tell you all about the trip later I assume. But she is well satisfied so far.
The extra is St Catharine on the edifice of a ruined church in a burial ground that was in the middle of a field. Her's was one of the wells that wasn't there any more.
