Finding Nemo

Found him...at Scarborough Sealife Centre!

It's dads' 72nd birthday today, so I took him to the sealife centre. It was an indoorsy kind of day and a trip into the Moors would have been pointless with it being so dreary.

Had a lovely time only tainted by an abundance of screaming and mewling toddlers everywhere we turned. There seems to be no pleasing them these days and I'm sure that it was one of the few times that dad was pleased to be deaf!

By doing some nifty lingering, ducking and diving we did a good job of losing them and had a lovely day. Called to our favourite pub for dinner then went up to Caravel at North Landing for a drink.

I have to add that the waves were tremendous today along Scarborough front, but it was way too cold and wet for me to brave getting out of the car. It was cordoned off the waves were so high!
