The Wonderful Telford Menai Bridge

one of the most famous views on Anglesey is the view from the car park between the Britannia and Menai Bridges.
This Bridge was the wonder of the world when it was built from 1819 to 1826, nothing like it had ever been attempted before and it still carries heavy traffic (including us) to this very day

like anything completely revolutionary it wasn't without it's problems being affected by the wind, and it has been widened and steel replaced the Wrought iron chains, and wooden deck, but regardless it is still one of the Engineering wonders of the world, and matchless for looks to my biased eyes.
