...and a Black Swallowtail Butterfly.
P.S. dbifulco , Debbi has suggested that this may actually be a
Pipeline Swallowtail Butterfly and not a Black Swallowtail. I agree after taking a look at the link she suggested. And after digging a little deeper I learned that the Pipeline Swallowtail consumes plants which make it taste awful to it's predators and that Black Swallowtails have evolved to resemble Pipevines. For anyone interested, this is called Batesian mimicry and offers the mimics a bit more safety from their predators. Thanks again, my friend! :)
