Tranquil Largs Devastated Barcelona

We are both safe from harm after the Barcelona terrorist attack. I'm in Largs, Scotland and Dd is also safe a few blocks from the incident and trying to make her way home. One of her colleagues will stay over with us. Our visitor from Scotland, Dot, was about to head down to the Ramblas where the attack took place but at last minute felt too tired and stayed home. Lucky escape. As I write I see at least twelve are confirmed dead....the Spanish press are ahead of the BBC and Sky in getting the latest horrific numbers. Update: The death toll has been revised down to one dead with ten seriously injured. Clearly, it's very hard on the ground to get the facts confirmed. Update 2: Thirteen dead and fifty injured confirmed.
