In the Orkney Hills

Yet another blueskyday called us into the Orphir foothills.  We went in past the Kirk cafe and took on sustenance at Base Camp.  It was a delight to skip up into the hills with a very warm breeze on our faces and glorious views all around.

The discerning will note the Hoy Hills in the background and quite an expanse of Scapa Flow.

CMC is now away to play the piano with her pal and I’m going to check the gutters.
