A little bit of sunshine!!

Boot camp this morning!! Yep in the pissing pouring down rain, hardcore ninja that i am i turned up bang on 9.30 the only one i thought stupid enough to turn up at first, but thankfully my friends little black peugeot came flying round the corner and then 2 newbies came along. They must be madder than us, cause they have done nothing in the form of exercise and turn up on the worse day ever!!

One of them bless her i said you've got a mascara massacre going on under your eyes, she looked at me and said do you know what at this precise moment in time i don't care!!!

It was i have to say brilliant though and after a while i didn't even feel the rain or mind the duck poo we seemed to be laying in all i can put it down to is the amount of pain i was in after a million squats, lunges, sit ups etc Good distractions they were!!!

Right best be off got to get tea and then off to ninja training!!!
