TinyTuesday116 Spinning

The promised rain never arrived today, so the droplets in this picture are purely from the sprinkler.  This little spider had spun its web between two planters of fuchsia which flank the steps leading to the lawn.  I didn't have the heart to walk through and  break the web, especially as the arrival of unexpected water caused it to spin out new thread furiously.  If you look VERY closely, you can see the thread being spun out.
I've not cropped this very much, partly because it's not very good and partly because many of you (Mr MC included) are not fond of the eight legged creatures.  For those who don't care for spiders, I've added another variety of our Japanese anemones as well
