Bike Chain

The bike chain which chose to snap while I was on a large roundabout with a huge truck pulling out on me. Typical. Still the nice man in the bike shop fixed it. And twiddled this and tweaked that and charged £16.50. Ho hum.

My day off:
Got my lessons planned for the rest of the week
Went for a run - haven't been for weeks - it was great - shouldn't have left it so long
Still got a batch of marking to do but no red pen so I keep putting it off
