Temporary fix it the cup of tea did not damage the lap top as such

what it did was knacker the speakers so I was left with a noise so extreme puppy packed her bags and started to walk back to Crewe!

Was told yesterday the repair would be silly money and turn around time on a three year old unit and there was probably other damage (blah blah blah)

so today I needed to start moving stuff across (and who's stolen my printer installation discs) but the noise was awful so I stuck nail scissors into the speakers dug out the offending bits and voila...I can work at my own speed without earplugs

OMG do you know how much is stored on an innocent looking laptop aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarh!!!!
