Coventry Cathedral

A visit to Coventry today - and, at the risk of being uncharitable, I don't find it a particularly inspiring city.  Maybe I am missing something.
A visit to the Cathedral was a priority.  It is a magnificent building in many ways, but somehow doesn't have the charm or feeling of tranquility the old cathedrals have.  A walk around the ruins (extra) was quite poignant - and it wasn't too busy.
