Malarial Advice

Today's mono monday theme is distant.  In the not too distant future we will be going off to distant parts (I know, I know...) so we had some jabs this morning and were advised to talk to ASDA about malaria tablets.

So that's what we did.

And this is the view from the consulting room.  Turns out ASDA think we don't need malaria tablets as long as we get ourselves some wristbands and some strong repellent spray.

So that's what we will so.

Expensive trip x2 to the optician's today.  I'm going for a completely new look.  Watch this space.

In two minutes time I need to leave for the first of two potentially expensive trips to the dentist.  The aim is not to have a new look.  Now or in the distant future...
