Be Proactive
I've been having hip pain off and on, went to my sport's doc, thinking I was getting arthritis only to find out that somewhere along the line, pelvis went out of alignment.
Physical therapist tells me one leg is longer than the other, does some things to get the pelvis back in line, gave me some exercises to keep it there and I was on my way. Hip pain gone completely. Feels a little miraculous. New appreciation for what my cousin Marcy does for her patients. (catch her blips at In A Marcy Minute).
This poster was in the physical therapist office and I liked the quote. Knew I would forget it the minute I walked out so I blipped it.
