trophy retained

A group of 4 of us, Uni friends, first played for our plastic golf trophy in 1980, its called the Wide Open. Since then we have missed just a few years, and competitions have been held in various locations in England, Scotland, Portugal and Spain. Of the original 4 there is only Clive and myself keeping the comp going. We have lost touch with Pete and Steve moved to Melbourne some years ago. 
This years event was held locally at the Belfry and for the first time we allowed invitations, my 2 boys joined us (maybe next year we might even let them compete for it ?). A great day, excellent course and as always great camaraderie.
The trophy comes home with me again (sorry Lesley, she would be glad to see the back of it)
