Survival of the Fittest

It was a close call for today's photo as we had such a busy day.  We were up early for G to go compete in the Men's Health Survival of the Fittest 10k urban obstacle run.  He did really well and I had planned on using the photo of him with his medal (see extras).

However, in the evening we took a gentle stroll around the Botanic Lights exhibition and I just loved all the colours and light on these prayer flags.  They had ribbons and pens so you could add your own wishes/prayers on.
