Farmers' Market

Today was the twice monthly Farmers' Market in Winchester.  There is always wonderful food for sale.  Crowds of people come to buy.  Today they were also enjoying the sunshine.

The main face in this blip is that of an elderly Gurkha wife..  There is quite a community of ex-Gurkha families here, as Winchester used to be their regimental home.   Their official HQ and museum still remain.  I'm not sure where the serving troops are based these days.
