That's no an onion

When I lifted the garlic I assumed one of my snowball onions had got in amongst them. When I came to peel it, it turned out to be a while giant clove of garlic!

In other news, I got my beautiful Japanese knives professionally sharpened. You would never have known there had been a large chink in this blade.
