Good Morning Washington

When I got up this morning, it was nice and cool outside and the clouds were thin and scattered which set the stage for a possible nice colorful sunrise.  It has been just over 11 months since I last blipped a photo of the Washington Monument (Sept 6), and decided I would go in the city to get a fresh shot.  There were relatively few tourists around and had a nice quiet hour (30 min before/after sunrise) to enjoy the quiet and the sights.  The sunrise wasn't as spectacular as I had hoped for but did get some decent color for a whole 90 seconds.
