Manchester goodbye's

Today we took our young Palestinian friend, Sameeha to a meeting in Manchester... where we had to say goodbye :-(
She leaves on Wednesday to go home to Gaza after her year's studying at Durham University. I suddenly realised that this was a proper 'goodbye' - I don't know when or indeed, if I shall ever see her again! An extraordinary young woman..... you can see her blog here.
Somehow it wasn't the right moment to take a photo of her - she was sad and nervous I think - so here she is on the right in the foreground of this picture taken back in March on International Women's Day
