Pátzcuaro

We traveled three and a half hours inland today to celebrate our anniversary and experience a change of scenery - escaping the stifling heat in Zihuatanejo was an added bonus. An overnight in Pátzcuaro, what we consider our second home having spent so much time there over our years in Mexico, was just what the doctor ordered on all accounts. This horse and rider were one of four I saw as we walked around in the beautiful sunshine, but he was far and away in the most interesting spot of them all. Can't remember ever seeing a horse in downtown Zihuatanejo let alone one making deliveries.
