Notes: A day of feeling worse somehow. Didn't sleep as much, did most of a morning of work and then talked to Shirley for a bit and tried to work on her email thru Thunderbird (again). Decide to try to sweat out some of the sickness and went to the pool for 40 min - extremely hot and uncomfortable, weak and dizzy by the time I climbed the 3 flights. Work on the beach continues but haven't made it out to see it up close.
