Tour Guide
Sarah is great! She finds all the local nooks and crannies to explore locally. Today, she took me on a walk in and around Lothersdale up to the nineteenth century Cononley Lead Mines that ran for about 40 years.
It was the perfect day for dramatic clouds and sweeping sunshine as light rain showers drifted in and out with the blustery breeze - never really soaking us. This one looks better larger.
It was incredibly picturesque and, apart from a rather intimidating farm with a tractor and general vehicle morgue strewn over a huge area and, at the same venue, a frisky cow with calves and a bull, the four mile walk and company was a delight.
