Blank Page

Every day you start with a blank page, an opportunity to do something new and exciting.

Whilst that may be true, past events or experiences create baggage for you and can play their part.  You’ve got the chance to let them influence it, or learn from it.  Some days it can be difficult not to let those things influence you.  Knowing those triggers and how to deal with them can help massively.

This time last year I was making my way to Kilimanjaro.  A lot has happened in the year since.
