The long road home.

We managed to be clear of the Manor by 9.30 which meant that Steph and the nippers made the 10.50 to Manchester from Exeter and Ellie, Mike and Adventure Boy didn't have too long to wait for the London train en route to Cambridge.
We said bye to the hired car and headed north.
This was a stop off for lunch in Tiverton - a strangely charm free town other than this splendid market hall and a very ornate town hall.
Then we headed back to Somerset where we overnighted with Tiger lily and her parents; exchanging a bed for the night for a spot of babysitting.
Sad to say goodbyes to the manor and to its lovely guests.
