A splash of colour

A walk up to the ridge with my camera and new 40-150mm lens to see what was happening.  The combine was out cutting the pea crop and causing a dust storm but fortunately stopped as I got nearer.  I think it was waiting for the tractor and trailer which appeared as I was just about to cut across the field.

This was the view looking north from the top of the ridge and I rather liked the different colours of the fields.

The grandchildren have now gone home and JJ and I are going to settle in for the evening with a take-away and the athletics.
