Home via the Lake

I had a quiet day today.  I didn't visit the Nursing Home.  My offsider went and perhaps just as well if I am brewing something but I really am much better today which I put down to all that gargling.  

I relented this afternoon and went out and took the dogs to Hams beach for a good run (see extra for Poppy doing some low flying) and then stopped at the Lake on the way home.  It was still as a millpond and that high cloud hanging around delivered the goods. 

I also put a 5 image pan stitched in LR up the extra to show that cloud.
