Relaxing Day. With a chainsaw.

Thought I'd enjoy messing around with a chainsaw more than I did. But after one tree branch nearly knocked me off a ladder, and another tree went in the totally wrong direction and nearly crashed through a fence, I decided that this was one tool that I didn't have a fond appreciation of.

So whilst myself and my wife thoroughly enjoyed knocking stuff down in the garden, I felt we had reached the moment just before we attend A&E/ER. Quit whilst we're ahead.

Instead, went home and took pictures of dragonflies in the back garden. This chap posed for me several times, wanted all his best angles taken apparently, and didn't seem to mind a 300mm lens in his face either. Was trying to get a better depth of field, but then shutter speed tailed off, and in the sunlight and the little lcd screen you can't exactly tell what you took very easily. Probably should have cranked the ISO up.
