Comfort food...

What a horrible day it has been today, rain all day without any respite. Heating has finally gone on and apart from going out in the rain to water the tomatoes, I haven't been out all day.

Nice roast dinner including Gary's legendary Yorkshire puds made it better though. The green stuff is beetroot tops which I tried for the first time, bit too earthy tasting for me though, prefer spinach.

Two days in London next, really ought to go and pack but I'm practising the zen art of procrastination at the moment... which I'll regret bitterly when the alarm goes off at 5.30 am
