Breadmaking

CJ and two of his brothers went on a Breadmaking Course today. Part of CJ's 60th Birthday events. I went along to take some photos of their efforts. Their dear Mum, who was our Star Baker, would have been proud of her boys.

Here are the Swirl Filled Rolls before going into the oven. They also made a Wholemeal Loaf, and Irish Soda Bread with Currants.
