Grey bunny on a grey day

I was at the medical specialist today for 1 and 1/4 hours in consultation with the chronic pain nurse. Mmmmm! A change of pain control, exercises and an appointment to follow with the Specialist Physiotherapist the leading man, so hopefully that will give me the right exercises to do to help myself.
Anyway, good swim today and weekend to look forward to.
